Room Rental for Counsellors
We offer three different rooms for your counselling practice needs. Rooms are available for hourly rental. Videos of the room rental spaces are below.
Hourly Room Rentals
Potential renters must be insured for private practice.
The weekend renter will be given building keys and alarm code.
Room rental fee will be billed on the last day of the month.
Rental agreement between renter and Imagine Counselling must be signed to hold space.
Counselling Room A - Playroom
Option 1A
Hourly Room Rentals for $35/hr, plus GST – upon availability
Everyday starting at 8:00am and last session time ending at 10:00pm
Counselling Room B
Option 1B
Hourly Room Rentals for $30/hr, plus GST – upon availability
Everyday starting at 8:00am and last session time ending at 10:00pm
Counselling Room C
Option 1C
Hourly Room Rentals for $35/hr, plus GST – upon availability
Everyday starting at 8:00am and last session time ending at 10:00pm

Counselling Room A
This is our playroom. This room is fully stocked with a Sandtray and miniatures, games, books and a large assortment of art supplies. There is even a Slime Making kit for your client to make Slime and take it home after their session.
Counselling Room B
This room is perfect for your client's needs. This room is used for individual and couples counselling using talk or EMDR therapy.
Counselling Room C
This is our 'big room' with the large window overlooking the beautiful grounds of the Port Coquitlam City Hall. This room is set up with a table to do art therapy. There is a sofa and multiple chairs to seat your clients.
